Unless otherwise stated, the Owner owns all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video lessons, worksheets, PDF guides, pedagogical frameworks, and email campaign content.

  • You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website and using the resources for your personal, non-commercial Spanish language learning.

  • You must not:

    • Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license any material from the Website.

    • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any content, methods, or materials for commercial purposes or to train other instructors without explicit written consent from the Owner.

2. User Registration and Access

To access certain free materials (such as the 8-minute training video and the Action Worksheets), you are required to provide personal identification details (name and email address) through our integrated subscription forms.

  • You agree that all registration information you submit will be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.

  • The processing of this data is strictly subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Educational and Disclaimer Notice

The content, training videos, worksheets, and coaching strategies provided on Spanish for ADHD are designed purely for educational and language acquisition purposes.

  • The Owner provides language coaching tailored for neurodivergent minds (such as ADHD learners and non-linear thinkers). However, this content does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Engaging with our language materials does not establish a medical or clinical relationship. If you require professional assistance regarding ADHD management or mental health conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

4. Lesson Cancellation, Missed Sessions, and Program Policy

By booking language coaching sessions, courses, or programs on this Website, you explicitly agree to the following operational policies designed to protect the professional working conditions of the teacher:

  • Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

    • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be initiated via email or WhatsApp. Please note that weekends are excluded, as the Owner does not operate during weekends.

    • If you experience any technical difficulties booking or managing a session, you must send an email immediately.

    • If a request is made with less than 24 hours remaining, you forfeit the right to cancel or reschedule, and the lesson credit will be lost. The sole exception to this rule is a documented medical emergency.

  • Missed Lessons:

    • If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, you will not be able to reschedule or cancel it retrospectively, resulting in the complete loss of that lesson credit.

    • Sessions scheduled on local holidays will not be automatically canceled or moved by the Owner; it remains your responsibility to manage and adjust your bookings in advance.

  • Maximum Number of Allowed Cancellations:

    • Students are permitted a maximum of three (3) consecutive cancellations.

    • Upon reaching this limit, you will lose priority over your habitual day and time slot, and you will need to select from the remaining alternative spots available.

  • Package and Program Duration:

    • Depending on the specific program or course purchased, you have a maximum duration of three (3) months or six (6) months to utilize all the lessons included. Any unused lesson credits after this period expires will be permanently forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The materials on this Website are provided on an "as is" basis. While the Owner strives to deliver highly effective alternative language acquisition methods, no guarantees are made regarding specific fluency speeds or standard language testing outcomes, as language acquisition depends heavily on individual production, practice, and personal variables.

In no event shall the Owner be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or its educational tools.

6. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Website or integrated forms may contain hyperlinks to third-party platforms, services, or websites (such as MailerLite, YouTube, or WhatsApp).
